Return Policy

You can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Exchange Policy

If your product is defective or damaged, we offer free exchanges. Simply send us a photo or video as proof, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has already shipped, our return policy applies.
